I know that's why I replied to your comment specifically about having the dialer pinned only. This doesnt go any narrower
Unfortunately, the Ideas are restricted to premier customers (64SC and above) as well as Gold Partners and above.trying to avoid associating ourselves with a partner... is there no route for feature requests if we are a stand alone customer (when i say customer - i mean soon to be a 16 channel enterprise customer) we are currently developing our in house CRM etc to work with 3XC and hoping to go live this month. the desktop client is going to be a culture shock to say the least from our existing shoretel system...
our users are used to a slim always on top client snapped to the left hand edge that doesn't eat up 50% of the screen real estate...
Hi Nick, Unfortunately this does not work.A small update, in the next version of the Desktop App that will be shipped with V18 U3, it should now be able to steal focus even when another app is in full screen mode.
Yes, unfortunately RDS/RDP is the only thing that we could not overcome. Other full screen applications like Youtube Videos, Media Players in full screen we can overcome.Hi Nick, Unfortunately this does not work.
I read somewhere that it is not possible with a full screen rds (when the dialer is installed locally)
It might, but I can give a demo with Bria enterprise where it works as expected. Maybe the developer should look 'over the wall' and see what is there approach.
Pls let me know if I can help.
Luc
Would it be possible to ask the user to take a small video showing the problem, so we can better understand what is being pressed? We are seeing an undocumented feature with one client and a single user.
Currently we are struggling to get to the bottom of it.
Are we unique in this?
"When calling an internal extension via the 3CX app, all works fine. After call is finished and trying to make another internal call via the 3CX app, app shows previous extension name and does not make the call."
If this is showing the extension name the person tried to call, it might be the person is clicking the hangup button the same time as the other person hangs up the call. IOW the end up clicking the call button, and the client shows the "redial" number for the last number dialed."When calling an internal extension via the 3CX app, all works fine. That would be neat! As we use a mix of Mac and PCs, they can still use the Web App in the mean time for sure, but I'm excited about that one for sureThere's no ETA for it yet though we're definitely getting closer![]()
As a Queue Manager you need to go to "Panel" and from there select the specific Queue you want:Maybe I missed post, but how to use those options as q-manager on new windows app? When I click with right click on agent, nothing happen. Previous version will offer options such as Login to que, Call extension, etc etc, Chat, Email?

The post you answered to is quite old. That would be neat! As we use a mix of Mac and PCs, they can still use the Web App in the mean time for sure, but I'm excited about that one for sure

V18 Update 3 was released just over a week ago and includes the MacOS Desktop App!
Update your 3CX installation to Update 3, log into a WebClient from your MacOS and you should see the Desktop App icon, exactly like you do on Windows PCs.
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
