New windows v20 client not initializing calls

Hi guys

We are testing v20 now with our own system. We wanted to try the new windows client but it can't accept calls nor does it make calls. I see nothing in the log but the app is registered. Could this be a problem with the system using port 5001? Do you have anything for me to check? The webclient and mobile apps work as usual.

5001 doesn’t matter.

Have you tried deleting the account from the app and reprovisioning? Or try a different extension? Do other functions work like Team page or contact search or status change?

I've now tried this with another system and run into the same problem.

I've got the same problem with 2 PC, W10 and W11.
Any fix for it ?

We found out that not using special characters in the user's name fixes this.

I confirm that without accented characters it's working for us
