Newbe question

Hi,

I am testing a new hosted system and I have locked myself out. I am using https://qualifieddomaim.3cx.uk (obfuscated)

I have tried putting in the email address I originally created the system with but I am not getting a password reset email.

Is there anything I can do to continue with my test? It was going so well
