Hey guys, After 10 plus years in asterisk, I have decided to give 3CX a go. Have visited off and on for the past couple of years and finally set up the system.
Everything seems to be working fine except I can only send emails to 1 email address in my domain (mine - the one i entered during the setup process)
Emails to any other address@mydomain just disappear. They don't hit my spam filter or anything.
If i send to [email protected] then emails go there fine.
I am using standard edition for now so I cannot change SMTP server.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Are you seperating the email addresses by commas only?

No.. what I am doing is setting up an extension called "Sales Voicemail" ... it has an email address of [email protected] ... if i click send welcome email then nothing happens. Nothing hits spam filter or office365 mailbox. salesvm@ is a distribution group

If i click send welcome email to my extension which has mark@mydomain set as email address then it works. I can send welcome email to office girl who has office@ setup and that works (however if i send to secondary email address for her then nothing happens)

I can send email to all addresses from my gmail account fine but it just seems 3cx if bombing out sending mail.

Can you send a test email - Settings - Email Settings - click on Test icon

Sure can ... As I said, welcome emails and voicemail emails are fine to [email protected] which is a mailbox on office 365. trying to send to a distribution group email [email protected] nothing happens at all. Doesn't even go to cloud spam filter before 365 where all emails show.
Yes, i have enabled distribution group to receive for outside email as well.

Log into your Office 365 control panel, edit the distribution group - Under General , tick 'Let people outside the organization send email to the group'

Then try again

As per last line of previous comment i already checked all that ...
Let's make it a little weirder .... I just created new distribution lists withe email of vmsales@ instead of salesvm@ and everything is working ....
Thinking maybe screwy stuff with old DGs in 365 ... weird though that i could send from gmail to salesvm@ no problem ....
Anyway, it seems it may now be resolved. Hope This Helps anyone else ....
