nginx permission problem!

Hi!
It seems that nginx will not start when 3CX PS is installed in non default folder.
Maybe this option should be grayed out :?:

Select the installation folder path, 3CX Phone System will need a minimum of 10GB free hard disk space.

Problem gone on new install after manual ending many nginx tasks(probably still from alpha). SP1 installer should warn about such tasks. Soon after install there are 9 processes!
