Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for NGX Networks:
- Enter the main trunk number in the international format (e.g. 528888196402).
- You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID.
- NGX Networks is 3CX hosting compatible. Contact them to provide you with the correct registrar URL.
