I have a system where the user manually puts it in to night service using the *711 / *712 codes.

I am looking for one of two things, either a light that show then lit if its in or out of night service.

Alternatively when I dial *71 I get a message saying “phone system is now using the default office hours”. Is there a way to make it say which service its in ?

Thanks in advance,

Scott

I can think of a couple of options. Some phones can programmatically have BLF lights turned on/off. That's one option. Or you could use a device like BusyLight to programmatically turn on/off this programmable light. Or you could write a CFD that when dialed tells you the current status then asks whether you want to change the status (this would require using the 3CX Call Control API).
