Solved No access to Hosted Instance

I use 3cx as a personal google voice replacement and for side hustles. Seems it has been unreachable for a couple of days just have not had time to pin down why.

From the instance manager I can not reboot or restore and I can not ping the host or access it from cell phones or home internet. It did get a backup last week.

Any suggestion?

I was just porting in my main number.. we normally would meet requirements that but was on vacation last week... The thing that bothers me most is no notice from 3cx... I understand its free but just feels like a kick when you are down... I was hoping to become a paid subscriber this year...

again I guess you get what you pay for.

It does appear they gave me 11 days notice... It does not link to the policy or explain what the requirements. We have 4 extensions and place about 10 to 15 outbound calls a week normally... I think this should be in big bold red letters when you sign up and they should give you multiple notices and in big bold letters say we are going to shut you down. ... just my option.

As per our private conversation and as explained, machine was not meeting the minimum requirements of usage.
Machine is up and running now but in order to avoid this in the future, either start using the machine or please upgrade your Free key to Pro or Enterprise
