No ADMIN icon showing

Customer has onsite debian server. I'm wondering if this is a networking issue - haven't seen this before.
I am accessing via the web interface remotely, using a System Owner extension/login and the ADMIN icon in the lower left corner of the screen is missing.
Customer reports that it is visible when he accesses it locally. I've tried a couple browsers and incognito mode.

This will be caused if there are console restrictions on the PBX, and you are logging in from an IP that is not in the allowed list, which hides the admin button.
You need to log in from the allowed IPs or remove the console restrictions.

Thank you Nikolas. I had asked the customer to verify that I was whitelisted in the Console Restrictions and he said yes. Guessing now that he misunderstood me.

If the server has IPv6 that should be allowed also. Or browsers can be set to use IPv4 for certain hosts.
