No Answer button displayed when ringing

Hi,
i'm using APP on Huawei P10 Pro android 10, App 16.5.0.46

not all the time , randomly when incoming call, app is ringing but no button displayed to answer, no where to press or tap to pick up.
This behavior is not all the time.
Is there something to check ?

Hi @aws2p,

Check in your 3CX app settings if you have the 'Show on Lock screen' and 'Display pop-up windows while running in the background' permissions enabled. Also check if you have any other apps that have these permissions enabled and may conflict with the 3CX app.

in fact behavior is not always the same, most of the time it works displaying a notification and you need to press answer to pick up.
but is it normal App behavior we don't have any button to tap to answer in App directly, because if notification disappear or don't display for any reason you just hear like an idiot your app ringing without a simple way to pick up until call goes to DNA
