Hello.
I have set the no answer call duration to 20 seconds for one of my extensions, in an effort to extend the number of rings before the call is forwarded to voicemail. However, when I set it any higher than 19 seconds, it will ring 4 times and then give a busy signal (On the line calling the extension with the longer ring duration)
I get this in the log output:
20:16:58.359 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(22): Call is terminated
20:16:58.296 Call::RouteFailed [CM503015]: Call(22): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected];user=phone] failed. Reason: Redirected

20:16:38.109 CallCtrl:
nIncomingCall [CM503001]: Call(22): Incoming call from Ext.200 to [sip:[email protected];user=phone]
I only have one outbound rule for a free incoming number which I did try deleting but got the same output. I can't find any reference to redirecting to 00 (Which it appears to be doing)
Can anyone help or shed some light? Thanks!
