Hi all,

Having an issue with Debian install and audio issues. Have updated today after the inital issues to 16 alpha 3.
Haven't had any trouble and then all of a sudden the firewall checker is failing. Have resolved most of the port errors aside from:

testing ports [9000..9398]... failed (How to resolve?)
Have checked the firewall (Sophos UTM 9) and ensured all the ports have been port forwarded and the firewall rules are in place.

Any clues?

Thanks in advance.

The firewall checker doesn't just run by itself so it's kinda weird when you say all of a sudden the firewall checker is failing.. Either the firewall checker was always failing and it didn't matter or there was a network change.

As far as clues the firewall checker failing is a clue. Fix that and then go from there.

Apologies, I should have stated that I wasn't having issues when running the firewall test before, but now I am. I have checked port 9000 and all seems fine from what I can see.

Well it would seem that something did change on either the host running 3CX or your Sophos. I just updated to v16U3 alpha and ran the firewall checker and it passed just like it did on Update 2.

Well, obviously something has changed, otherwise I wouldn't be having the issues hence the reason for the post and ask for help, pointing out that I am having issues is not very helpful, thankyou all the same.

Well it's your environment so I can't really tell you more than that. would focus on what could make the firewall checker fail (Sophos or local firewall on the host) as it doesn't appear to be anything in 3CX itself.
