Solved No Audio between remote extension

We moved PBX hosted on 3CX cloud. We do not have audio between every remote extension. Grandstream GRP-2602P firmware 1.0.3.63 provisionned as stun.

Audio are fine with outgoing and ingoing calls but not between extensions. Extensions are on the same LAN . Is there any firewall or port forwardind required on the remote site with phones ?

PBX Deliver audio has been check on every extension

I would save yourself some troubleshooting and install a 3CX SBC. Even a Raspberry Pi, depending on the number of extensions. The audio port range on each device should be unique. Unfortunately, a number of help articles on the 3CX site , regarding STUN issues, that I would have referred you to, have been removed.

Go with an SBC. On stun phones on the same network they are at their worst when you call each other. SBC fixes that and more.

As mentioned from @leejor and @CentrexJ an SBC will save you the extra configuration both on the PBX as well as the remote site firewall, since when using STUN provisioning each phone must have a unique SIP port and a dedicated RTP port range. Note however that STUN is not a supported provisioning method in the 3CX hosted instances.
