I am testing the dial in feature with webmeeting. The connection works, but there is no audio either way.

I see the two calls in my active calls, one into 700 and one going to the webmeeting link, but not working.

Thoughts?

Hello, in my case it was missing port forwarding rule for UDP ports 9000-10999 on the border router.

Hi, i got the same problem with chat and talk plugin on wordpress.
Since the last update of 3CX Videochat and Audio is still not working. All ports are set and fine. Everything work fine just not the Audio and Video for webmeeting or Chat and Talk

Port forwarding worked for me. Thanks.

Hi, i got the same problem with chat and talk plugin on wordpress.

I'm having the same issue on a hosted 3CX server. No audio on dial in users in the web meeting, but only audio between the online webmeeting users.

The firewall shouldn't be an issue (normal calls work perfect). But just to make sure I did try disabling the firewall on the Debian server (hosted with OVH), so that it would be connected directly to the internet with a public IP.

The firewall test shows port 5060 to be working as well as 9000-9398, but for the media ports (10600-10999) they all fails (Full Cone test failed).

With the firewall enabled (allow UDP 9000:10999) the 3CX firewall test of port 9000-9398 succeeded while test of port 10600-10999 fails with the "Full Cone test failed" message.

Firewall in the OVH control panel for the VPS has also been disabled.

Does anybody have any experience with this kind of error?

Thank you

@completeware you have an issue with the firewall, specifically the ports range used for webmeeting. You should start a new thread
