no audio in outgoing call

Hi guys,

im having a strange problem. I can make internal calls fine but when i try dialing out through my gxw-4104 gateway i can make the call but there is no audio from either end and then the call is hung up after 30 seconds. i am using ht-486, bt-200 and x-lite and yebeam phones. all hav the same issue. here is the output from the log:

Ok. i've done some playing around and found the source of the problem. There is a DSL filter installed on one of the phone lines. If i remove it the problem goes away and the phones work great. But the DSL is required. It is on a separate phone line but they all terminate at the same telco termination box that was installed with the lines. Is there any setting that i need to change to bpass this issue?

It seems a very specific case. You need to consult with Grandstream and telco regarding compatibility between DSL filter and gxw-4104, because it is hardware problem and our PBX has no capability to resolve it :(
