Solved No Audio Incoming or Outgoing

Hi,

System been running fine without any problems till this morning. V 15.5.15502 No audio outgoing or incoming, external and internal. I've ran the firewall test which completes ok. Restarted services etc but still getting the same problem. I've had the SIP provider check at their end and they've said there's no problem.

I'd appreciate any help forthcoming. Customer is now irate!

Panic over. Restarted router. Problem solved.

Bit strange how the firewall check completes showing no errors whatsoever.

Hi Scott,

Glad this was resolved. The firewall check may pass and you will still have no audio in some specific cases. Looks like this was an unexpected variable in this case, but if it comes back again let us know.
