Can a host create a screen-sharing only meeting? No audio or video.

Hello,

You can achieve this if you simply mute the mic, and turn of camera. Then just click on screen sharing to broadcast your screen to the participants.

what about preventing the cams/mics from working for anyone in the meeting?

You can try to schedule a webinar in this case instead of a webmeeting

I don't see a "webinar" option, only "Schedule Conference" which is audio or video
