Hello i have provisionned my phones yealink t46u and t30p via sip stun
the problem is in my desk phone i can hear but from the app cannot hear even on the firewall the service is all

By App, you mean Android...iOS? Normally they will make use of the 3CX tunnel, which means they are not subject to port issues that a STUN set could be.

Does this problem occur when using Wifi, 3/4G, other WiFi hotspots?

One device, or multiple devices?

Even two desk phone no audio

If it is happening on the desk phone, then it may very well be a port issue. Be certain that you assigned each set with a unique local port (they can't all use port 5060). If after doing that there is still an issue, it might be solved by port forwarding, on your router, or setting the extensions, in 3CX to use PBX Delivers Audio. That usually solves issues such as this.

No same issue

You could continue trying to figure out why the audio ports are not reaching the phone, it can usually be solved, but may take some time, or, you could forgo using STUN and istall an SBC at the location. If you have more than a couple of phones at that site, I'd recommend doing that.

Can i configure sbc without vpn ?

Have you configured stun phones the supported 3cx way

I see you using G.729. Could this possibly be a Codec compatibility issue?

I dont know but they communicate with g729

Is there no audio one direction, or both directions? When calling and being called?

No audio on one direction remote deskpphone can only hear the voice from 3cx app
But from 3cx app cannot hear nothing.

Do i need to port forward local sip and rtp in the firewall in front of the phones ?
