No Audio, SVR08 Virtual on Hyper-V, Remote Aastra 6751i

Hello,

I am running 3cx on a Virtual machine hosted at a datacenter. Running Wind SVR 2008 R2...., I am attempting to use a Aastra 6751i as a remote extenstion. It registers and can make calls, but there is no audio....

Any Ideas?

No audio, in both directions? Lack of audio is almost always caused by blocked or misdirected packets, router or firewall issues. Have you set up the remote phone to use STUN.
