Hi guys.
Just migrated from Trixbox 2.6.2....to 3CX 7.1. Anyways here is our sob story:
We have VPN's setup between our offices using Juniper routers. Same old story, everything worked fine using Trixbox. We could connect and initiate an audio/video call with eyebeam using the G711 ulaw audio and H.263 video codecs. Trying this now, we can call and connect to one another, but, looking at the logs there are NO RTP packets being transferred. The logs show we connected and then when nothing happened we just hung up. Since, of course, we have different subnets for the locations we added the [network] LocalSubnets=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/24,...etc to the .ini file. We also forced eyebeam to try using the 7000-7499 ports and/or 9000-9049 ports. We have turned STUN on and off in 3CX to no avail. In Trixbox we had the option to turn NAT OFF for each extension. Just wondering if there is such an option 3CX. Trixbox worked with NAT turned off since we are already VPN'ed between the offices.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for everyone's time!
Jason
