Hi,
I have a small setup with a Yealink T27G and a Gigaset A510P. Both of these extensions work fine for external calls - incoming and outgoing.
However, if I call from one extension to the other, then I don't get any audio. The extensions ring and answer, but there is no audio from either direction. If I place a call on hold, then I get the hold music, but when I pick up, no audio is transmitted.
If I call from one extension to another using their external numbers, then the calls work and I have audio.
If I ring in from an external call and transfer the call from one extension to the other, then I get audio, but only after the transfer is successful. Attended transfer doesn't work properly, as there is no audio between the handsets - until after the transfer is complete (ie effectively a blind transfer).
The 3CX system is a cloud hosted system and the two extensions are on different internet connections.
Any ideas on what is going wrong here?
Thanks,
Ross
