Problems description:

3CX server -> local ip 192.168.0.1
linksys gateway -> local ip 192.168.0.252
mikrotik router -> local ip 192.168.0.254 -> internet ip 193.227.*.*

My mobile phone -> 10.54.*.* (local address)
My mobile provider -> router 212.10.*.*

I want to connect to 3CX from my Nokia N95.
When connecting from local wifi, everithing is working fine, but when I try to connet from T-mobile's HSDPA there is a problem.

It registers succesfully, but when creating audio channel, 3CX uses the wrong IP number 10.54.*.* to reach the phone.

Any suggestion?

SDP delivers information regarding audio stream destination. Your phone specifies 10.54.*.* instead of reachable IP.

STUN

You need to specify a STUN server on your mobile. This will allow it to transfer your external public IP which will be reachable by your media server.

There isn't any way to change STUN server on Nokia mobiles.
Just by SMS provisioning from the voip provideres.

I tried with Sippstar, it worked perfectly.
It also works with many voip service, even if I don't set the STUN. :(
How can they find the right IP?

Hi renaissance,

Please check your 3CX console log. Can you found the STUN server resolve the public IP for the box?

Regards,
