Please help

I am trying to get 3CX to work with some Linksys SPA942 phones

Set up is I have 1 server running 3CX 192.168.222.114
and 2 linksys phones 192.168.227.21 & 192.168.227.22
The phones are at a different site to the server connected which is linked by a VPN which has no traffic restriction at all between it

I can successfully make calls but do not get any audio

logs are below

i think about the red

STUN Server ?
and one of the top problems in audio are the codecs.

to enshure it is not codec try in the same subnet and if there is no audio too try 711 codec

Because you going from sub net to other subnet your extensions must be configured as external.

Also your NAT mapping seems to get lost like pointed out by silentfun.

Not sure if this is a codec problem as there are not RTP packets, if it was codecs there would be RTP packets (Me think)

Start with:

make device external.
Bind to media server
Setup STUN.
