No BLF indicator when call park on a shared parking

Hi Guys,

we have a Cloud based PBX V14 running and V14 windows Soft phone running. BLFs are all working as excepted, Issue we are having is when a user park a call on a shared parking spot, it doesn't illuminate the button. On desk phone this works without any issues. Any thoughts ?

I just posted the question for the same issue. we are running 15.5
starting to think it just doesn't work on the app which really sucks.

Can you please tell me what licence are you running? Please note that if you are running a free licence then blf's are not available.

Do the users have the appropriate rights under extension settings? You could upgrade to V15.5 where tunnel has significantly improved.
