No Caller ID on Missed Calls

I have searched and searched. I see threads similar to my problem going back to 2015 but no Answers.

When Customers on a Call within the app and another call come in but they don't answer the call there is no caller id in recent calls on the Android App for the customer to return the call. This is a ring group.

The person already on a call, will not get a missed call because those who are busy are not targeted.

Only the others that are free to take calls will get a call, and if they miss it they should see the entry in they missed calls list with the appropriate ID

The new problem is some of the extensions are not seeing missed calls. Even when not already in a call

Can you please advise? I have the 3CX win app installed on my PC I can not see the call log. Is this a bug?
