no calls from App or external phones

It happens
I cannot call an internal number from App or from a phone outside the network of the 3cx server
No changes in firewall.Double check the firewall.
No change sin the server
But still so calls to internal number from any phone outside the Lan

The firewall check is ok

Any changes in the last few weeks outside our system that can create this problem ?

When I try to do a call the answer is Busy !
