Because of a employee-switch, i´ve changed the Extension of the previous colleague into the name of the new colleague.
But if you call the number, you still the old name of the extension, so the name change hasnt affected anything.
I already have deleted the extension and created a new extension with the number of this extension. But this also hasnt affected anything.
