No Contact Matching on Outgoing Calls

we have the problem that every outgoing call we make there is no matching with the contact name.
so i am calling one contact in my list and after the call only the number shows up in the history, not the name.

it works on incoming and missed called. someone has an idea how to fix this?

What are you using to make a call? Is it an IP phone or a 3CX client? Also while you are calling do you see the number on screen?

we are using mainly the 3CX Softclient, but some
colleague also use a Yealink IP Phone with the same issue.

i searching for a contact in my list.

i call him - during the call the name of the contact is displayed.

after the call it looks like this in the history:

plain number without the name.

the only differnence is that the contact number is saved as "+43xxxx"
and in the history is only shows up as "43xxxx".
