No Contact Phone Numbers on Yealink T41S

i just added our contacts into 3CX and the contacts show up on the phones in the phone book, but the problem is, when a contact has no mobile number, the nubmer doesnt show on the phone, if the contact has a mobile number, it works fine.
in the soft-client, all numbers are there.

do i need to edit the template for this?

On the Yealink, the phone book only shows the mobile number - so within 3CX if you want the IP phones to have an address book you need to use the mobile number field only.

No sure if any template changes will only you to replicate the softphone address book

thats what i thought, but the problem is, we have a lot of contacts with business and mobile number. and editing over 1000 contacs manually is not really a option.

As mentioned the Yealink phone book only includes numbers that are populated in the Mobile field. You could export the contacts edit them and re-import them or the users could use the 3CX web client in CTI mode to control the phone.
