No converted config sent

I've tried converting the config from an old elastix

I never got the converted file.
The first file I mistakenly included the monitor and voicemail.
Then I made another which didn't include all needed files.
I then made a third, but now the converter say it have already been converted and I should check my email.

Even if I add an user and an extension, and create another backup, I still get the "already converted" message.

Please note that there is a limit to how many backups you can convert that is why you are getting that message. Please send me a p.m. as we will need some personal data to be able to assist you.
