No Heart Beat Response

Hello Everybody,
After troubleshooting and setting up the SIP trunk IP-based, we discovered from our Trunk provider that our 3CX is not sending a Heartbeat response. I am very frustrated with this issue please advise if anyone has this issue or how to fix this issue.

Hi, is this a supported VoIP provider?

This Provider is based in KSA and the ISP is Mobily.

Well, it is not supported. For further assistance you will need to enter in contact with your VoIP Provider where they support the trunk and settings.

You can enable keep alives if this is needed from settings — network — firewall
