No Hubspot Contact Creation

Hi

Hubspot integration seems to be working for call and chat journaling with our users, but new contacts do not seem to be created on inbound / outbound calls that don't have an existing CRM contact. Any ideas? The configuration guide was followed and again everything else seems to be working fine!

CRM Integration for Contact Addition and Searching​

Following this update you can now populate your CRM with contacts from inbound calls via the web client, as well as add to and search your CRM contacts directly from the Web Client. This powerful feature facilitates access to all your phone books, whether they're in your CRM, Microsoft, or 3CX!

When the contact is not matched in your CRM, the Web Client will show an "Add Contact" link. You can press this link to open a dialog, fill your contact details, and create the contact in your CRM.

Thanks. My thinking was that there was an automatic contact creation. We mostly use the mobile app for unknown inbound calls so the web client functionality doesn't help much!

I don't think that there is any support for zapier either which would be another way to accomplish this

This has been changed in 3CX v18 and now you need to create the contacts from the Web Client. In order to get the old behavior, you would need to edit the template we provide. Here we explain how this could be done:
