No inbound calls this morning v12

This morning we have no inbound calls no changes have been made, to try and resolve i have loaded SP1 but this has made no difference, it looks like from the logs it detects the call coming in but does nothing with it, i have changed from digital receptionist to an extension and it makes no difference, please see log below and any help would be appreciated

Are you sure that nothing in your settings has changed, either in the trunks settings or your Domain name settings? This is the sort of log I'd expect to see if you didn't have the Domain Name datafilled ........sip.*****co.uk
