No incoming calls with GXW4104

Hey Guys,

I'm having a weird problem with a 4104.

I can make calls no problem.
After I provision and setup the 4104's indials it works fine for 1 call.
Then nothing.
When I call in, I don't get a green light on any of the channels.
Any idea what it could be?

it seems if i set Number of rings before pickup in the port caller id setting to 2 it will ring through everytime, I just wont have caller ID.

If i set it to 3 or above it will only pick up the call say 1 in 20 but I will have caller ID
