Solved no LED Blink on voicemail

Hi All, has anyone seen a Yealink T42S not blink on having a voice mail? I have it setup in 3CX so there is a blink only on VM. Using latest V15 build as of 4/24/18 and latest Yealink template by 3CX.

Hello @VictorC

The notification will not blink if the Email option "Send as attachment and delete from mbox" is selected under the voicemail settings of the extension. If that is not selected make sure that the phone is running the supported firmware and it has been provisioned through 3CX.
