No lights are displayed when transferring

Using a Snom 320 phone, I have the following issue.

When an incoming call is answered and transferred to any extension with another Snom phone, the lights on the sidecar does not flash at all. As soon as the extension answers the call, the light comes on.

If it is not an incoming call, but only an internal call, the light flashes and turns stable perfectly.

Can anyone help me with this please?

Do you have the free version? If so did you check and see if 3CX supports the light issue you are having?
