No Logs or Recordings

Hello,

I am having an issue, when i call from the 3cx app from the cell phone or pc i get logs in the 3cx but i have a Yealink T46S phone that working as a router (SBC) phone, and i get no logs from it. Am i doing something wrong ?

This is an expected behavior as the ip phone is keeping the call history independently from the 3CX Clients.
If the ip phone did not received a call it will not be shown on the device.
