I was getting reports of issues with the system so I went to login. We use Microsoft SSO to login to 3cx and today, no matter what computer or browser I use, it logs in and then flashes the loading page and then returns me to login. What happened here??? How do I get access now?

Blacklisted IP maybe.

Do a "forgot password" and log in natively.

I tried but nothing comes through. No reset emails in any inbox or junk folders. I checked the mail system and nothing from 3cx.

Has your extension been deleted?

Give it a good ol' reboot, and see if that makes a difference.

Then give it a try with SSO and with normal credential login if you have a user who has credentials other than SSO.

We were able to get in with another admin and it shows my status as active, but under users I am missing. If we try to add me then it knows my email is in use but my account is nowhere to be found on the admin panel.

Have done several reboots.

Shows your status where? Check the audit log.

After initial login on the "Team" page where it shows all the users picture and status, it shows my photo and account.

We then click Admin -> "Users" and my account is not there. My account is the owner account.

If I then try to login to the website with email or extension, it acts like it succeeded and then takes me back to the login page.

I have NO idea where logs are or what file they would be in.

If you are logging in to the system from a System Admin, they wont be able to see the configuration of a System Owner.

So what do I do now? I can't "password reset", the login with Microsoft or extension just loops and I need access to my system. How do I change the database on the system itself?

There is no other way... Did you tried to restart your pbx?

Many times... I even created a fresh install of the PBX and reinstated an old backup.
