No outbound Audio suddenly started

I currently have no outbound audio either direction, inbound works fine but just dead air on outbound. Version 16 with Flowroute as the trunk (new POP settings away from Nevada POP)

I have checked all port forwarding, removed it and remade it, windows firewall is off, SIP ALG is disabled on the router, I cannot for the life of me figure out what else to try or more importantly what changed to cause this to start happening. Any ideas?

Found it, had SIP ALG disabled but once i used the alternate 5160 port instead it worked fine.
