I am using 3CX Cloud hosted v20.0 Update 7. We use 3CX Client Apps for Outbound and Inbound calls without any issues.
For macOS users, there are no 3CX Client Apps available. So we leverage the WebBrowser client, but we're not able to make outbound calls.
I also tried on the Windows user who has 3CX Client apps to log in on the 3CX web browser client, same issue, the call was not able to establish.

Are there settings or configurations I need to adjust or check on the Web Browser Client to work?

Can you describe what you are seeing in a little more detail? The Web app opens, user logins and then? Any screenshots/logs?

For incoming calls, are users clicking the bell icon to be able to get browser notifications?

Hi KyriacosS_3CX,

Sorry it took me months on response on this.
I was able to receive calls via web, but no audio on both line from the callee and caller. The staus show I am connected but no audio. I try also to dial *777 via web browser but no audio, I try to dial *777 on other machine using same extension and via apps it works. I even try to call other extension on my same LAN Network using web browser or PWA still no audio.

The systems works only If I used the 3CX Apps or via IP Phone.

This is an firewall problem in your network or your pc. Check this.

Hi

Thanks for your comment.
Internal firewall is aligned with the required settings/port and for the pc (MacOs tahoe v26.2) this something I am not certain.
If somehow can provide guide or procedure that need to check it would be much appreciated.

Where is your pbx located? Cloud by 3cx, your own cloud or local?

@bitn2 3CX is on Cloud hosted by 3CX.

If you dont here any sound only via apps than your firewall is blocking the rtp ports.
