"No Response" on answer - Grandstream GXP2160

We am experiencing the same problem as the user in the linked forum post. Several times a day when users pickup the handset to answer a call the phone continues to ring, and the screen shows "no response".
All of our phones are GXP2160's on firmware 1.0.11.74. Hosted 3cx version 20.0 update 9

Are ip phones provisioned behind an SBC?

Yes, we utilize a windows vm with the SBC installed. The version listed in control panel is 20.0.100

Does this issue occur only with these IP Phones, or with others as well?

We only have GXP2160's in our environment, but we have not experienced this issue with the 3cx mobile app or pwa.

Can you try re-provisioning the phones to see if this resolves your issue, and then not ask your 3C partner to open a ticket with us to request the data for review?
