No Response when answering a call

We are having a client with an issue when they try to answer an incoming call from a ring all ring group, it sometimes will not answer on their handset. They will pick up the handset and the call will continue to ring on the other phones, they get a no response error and will have to pick up the call from another extension. I tried looking into the logs but not sure what to look for.

What is the model and brand of these phones ? What is the firmware version ?
Did you tried it yourself ?

I had similar issue. Are you running 3CX v16.2 with Yealink phones on firmware 52.84.0.35?

Did you come across this post? You don't say how the phones are connected...local , SBC, STUN?
