Solved No results with 3cx webinar/webmeeting WordPress plugin

I've triple checked everything to make sure I have my API code, Webmeeting FQDN, extension, etc correct. I don't get any errors. The shortcode doesn't seem to generate any results despite my scheduling a couple of test webinars/webmeetings using the extension specified. I just get a blank page. Sometimes, after refreshing a few times it will display a session expired message in the content of my page but refreshing again causes that to go away.

Am I being impatient? Does it take time for the scheduled meeting to replicate and show up? Both were scheduled for next week and were created within the last hour.

I've got it narrowed down to something to do with the extension. My extension is extension 100. I'm the host of the webinars I scheduled and expected to show up on the WordPress page with the short code. I changed the extension to 777 just to see what would happen. The settings saved correctly and came back on what was a blank page with an error message: "User not found extension = 777"

If nothing else, that tells me that the plugin is at least talking to my 3CX server. Just not generating any results for a valid extension.

So I ended up staging another WordPress site and testing this plugin on it. It works great on the staged test site, so I've got me a plugin conflict or something about my WordPress theme is not playing nice with the 3CX webinar plugin. I'll figure it out and post when I know what the culprit really is.

I figured it out. I systematically disabled plugins until I disabled the Insert Headers and Footers plugin. It wasn't the plugin itself that was conflicting, but something in my custom headers. I had used Zoho SalesIQ in the past and had dropped it in support of the 3CX webchat plugin for chatting with my web visitors, but I had left all the header script in my custom header for it. Once I removed all the java scripting for it, the 3CX Webinar plugin began working normally on my live production wordpress site. I'm glad I finally got that plugin working. I'm wanting to be able to schedule webinars and have our customers be able to sign up for them when browsing our website. Hope this information helps anyone else out that runs into this issue. My guess is that there was a javascript that was looking for a non-existent DIV CSS class or ID within the SalesIQ script and it was causing the javascript in the 3CX Webinar plugin to choke.
