Solved No ringing after a person finishes a call while there is an incoming call.

Hallo,

in my 3CX is a ringgroup with 2 members. The problem is, if A is in a call and B doesn't accept a new incoming call, then A finishes it's call and want to take the new call but it is not ringing on A's phone, only on B's phone.

Try using a Queue

Ring Group calls will not re-poll an extension if the extension became available after the call has already started ringing. That said, you should either use a Call Queue as complex1 mentioned, or, the user can actually pickup the call manually by using the call pick-up feature by dialing *20*RG_EXT where RG_EXT is the Ring Group extension number (example: *20*801)

Note: The default dial-code for call pickup is *20* but yours may be different. You can check what it is under "Settings >> Dial-codes".

OK I'll configure my Call Queue get calls directly and not only if the ring group is not available. Thanks!
