I am getting this error repeated on this extenson. It is behaving as if the phone is offline or the status is away. But the phone is online and the extension is available.

Calling the phone gets it going to voicemail or forwarding based of the rules, essentially as if its offline. But you can pickup and call from it just fine.

Does this happen on both external and internals calls? DND isn't enabled?

figured out DND on the extension was the cause. But nothing was showing DND on. I simply used the OLD dial *60 code to force DND off. It was an extension issue not a phone.

I've recall this happening before, where the status shows something different from reality. Toggling it, usually syncs it up again.

toggling the DND button on the phone or changing the STATUS in the WebClient did not get it out of DND mode. I had to use the *60 dial code

Just to clarify *61/*60 is a Legacy dial code for switching the extension's status and is independent than the normal profile status changes (*3X).

We do not recommend using so if you find that users know it and use it by accident, you might want to remove the value for the two parameters controlling them:

1. SETAVAILABLE
2. SETAWAY
