no sound on normal phone call while 3cx is running

Dear,

have someone a solution for my problem?
When the app 3cx is running on my Android Phone and somebody calls to me on my normal phone, there is no sound.
Not for me and not on the other side.

Have the same problem. Runs a 3cx server on a local(closed network) v.11. uses HTC desire X android version 4.1.1. 3CX app v. 11. Every HTC phone is on hook, but when I make call, (Phone are ringing) no sound in both phones.
The 3cx server works fine if I use the soft phone on an windows XP Pc,/W7 pc.
