No Template for Patton SN-4114/2JS2JO/EUI on Version 7

Hi...

I'm trying to install a Patton 4114 2FXO-2FXS gateway on a fresh version 7 3CX server following instructions, but when I get to the page to select a supported gateway, this particular model is not listed. Do I have to select 4 port FXO template and modify it, or do I have to have the correct one? if that is the case, where can I download the correct one?

Hi

We have not made templates for the 4114 2FXO 2FXS. It would be best to start with the 4112 template which you can find at http://wiki.3cx.com/Home/supported-gateways/gateway-templates .

You will then need to configure the FXS ports manually.
