No Transcriptions

Error: Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activation.3cx.com

Transcriptions are no longer functioning. If I restart the server this error will go away for a short time. Even when the error is not displayed the issue remains. Uncertain where to find logs to help track down this issue.
- Debian server running 3cx.
- Full licensing.
- No firewall or anything to prevent it from properly communicating.

To confirm, is the license in question a PRO or ENT license?

Can you confirm, have you tried to change your DNS to 8.8.8.8? If you do does the initial error resolve?
