No transfer to mobile after upgrading to SP2 - Free eidition

Hi all,

I have setup the extensions to be transferred to the mobile phone if not answered. This feature has been working perfectly with the Rebound option also enabled.

After upgrading to SP 2, the extensions ring normally but when not answered you get the message: "Call transfer fail" and the line is not transfered. Anyone else facing this problem?

I don't know for certain if this was a change in the free edition between sp1 and sp2 but the "free edition" is not intended to be used in a production setting. It is for doing compatibility testing with hardware and SIP trunk vendors. Since it doesn't even have message waiting indicators and numerous other limitations, its just not suited for actual use.

Did you, or have you tried applying the Demo key?

Hi leejor,

Yes I applied the DEMO key and it worked. This feature was active in the Free test edition before SP2.
