No upgrade from v15.5 to v16 being offered

We have v15.5.15502.6 STD installed with active maintenance. The system is set to automatically upgrade and all is up and running perfectly. The system says it is all up to date. Why am I not being offered v16 as an upgrade and why hasn't it automatically upgraded?

If you are using a windows server, you must uninstall and reinstall to upgrade to v16. Backup 3cx First!! Uninstall 15.5, Reboot server. Install v16, restore from backup. Now your on v16!

Make sure your backup is not stored in the default local folder before you uninstall.
